Care That Begins With Listening

I'm Jacqueline, an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator specializing in personalized therapeutic massage and integrative bodywork.

My approach begins with a simple belief: every body has a story, and your body is constantly communicating.

Rather than treating every client the same way, I take the time to understand what your body is experiencing, what you want to accomplish, and how the two connect. Each session is customized using the techniques and modalities that best support your individual needs.

My training in neuromuscular therapy, anatomy, movement, fascia, and health education allows me to look beyond the immediate area of discomfort and consider the body as an interconnected system. The result is thoughtful, intentional bodywork designed around you—not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Experience That Informs Our Approach

My path to therapeutic bodywork began through movement.

As a professional ballroom dance instructor, I experienced firsthand the physical demands that training, performance, and repetitive movement can place on the body. After suffering nerve damage that affected my ability to move and perform, I was introduced to therapeutic care through a chiropractor and massage therapist.

That experience changed the way I understood my own body.

It also sparked a passion for learning how the body works and ultimately led me to pursue advanced training in massage therapy and health education. Today, that personal experience continues to influence the way I work with every client: with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to listening.

Education & Experience

I am an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator with a Trade Certificate in Massage Therapy & Health Education from the National Holistic Institute.

My education included 1,350 hours of comprehensive training, complemented by 11 years of hands-on clinical experience.

My areas of training include:

  • Neuromuscular therapy
  • Myofascial release
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Deep tissue massage
  • Swedish massage
  • Sports massage
  • Prenatal massage

I also incorporate complementary therapeutic modalities—including cupping, hot stone therapy, red light therapy, and CBD massage options—when appropriate for the session and the client's goals.

Why sacred eir?

I created Sacred Eir to provide a different kind of bodywork experience—one where you are listened to, your individual needs matter, and your session is intentionally designed around you.

Whether you're navigating persistent tension, recovering from physical demands, seeking greater ease of movement, or simply making space for yourself, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and more connected to your body.

You don't have to learn to live with discomfort. You can learn to listen to what your body is telling you.
